Program (the "Program") Execution by you of this Agreement, as set forth below, constitutes your acceptance of this terms and conditions of the Agreement, and will be a legally binding agreement between both parties!

1. We will provide the affiliate with access to a link generator. The affiliate may change links obtained from CaribSports with written authorization.


2. CaribSports will pay the affiliate a commission based on the players’ net losses.


3. CaribSports will grant the affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable right to use CaribSports logos and text solely for the purpose of the affiliate program.


4. The affiliate will be responsible for the accuracy of his or her website.


5. The banners provided by CaribSports are hosted on our servers and may be periodically updated.


6. The affiliate and CaribSports are independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.


7. CaribSports reserves the right to reduce the percentage of net losses paid to the affiliate in accordance with the minimum percentage represented in the commission payment scheme if the affiliate ceases to promote CaribSports.


8. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages incurred by the affiliate or a customer referred by the affiliate, arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.


9. Under no circumstances shall the affiliate send commercial electronic mail messages as defined in the new Federal spam law, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 [the "Act"], with respect to the CaribSports Affiliate Program. To clarify, this does not prohibit the affiliate from sending transactional or relationship messages as defined in the Act.


10. We may close or reject an affiliate account at any time and at our sole discretion without prior notice


11. We may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion.
